Students in Years 7, 9, 10 and 12 (2018)

For devices recieved in 2018 (Years 7, 9,10,12) please download and complete the Insurance Claim Form which can be found in the downloads section below. This form must be emailed to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. DO NOT SEND IT TO SCHOOL. If you prefer to make a claim over the telephone then you can find contact details at the top of the claims form.

Before sending your iPad off for repair please ensure that your have:

  1. Backed up your content and settings to iCloud or iTunes on a home computer
  2. Removed and deactivated "Find My iPad"
  3. Erased all content and settings from the device.

For devices recieved in 2017 (Years 8, 11, 13) please follow the instructions below:

If you need to make an insurance claim for your school provided device then please use the following online form to contact the distributor directly. The school IT Services team cannot do this on your behalf and should only be undertaken with the knowledge of a parent or carer.

Before sending your iPad off for repair please ensure that your have:

  1. Backed up your content and settings to iCloud or iTunes on a home computer
  2. Removed and deactivated "Find My iPad"
  3. Erased all content and settings from the device.

Once the broken iPad has been recieved and checked you will be sent a replacement iPad rather than having yours repaired. Please ensure it is sent in its protective case. It does not have to be in its original box, but it helps if it is possible.

The courier collection and delivery will need to be aranged from your home and NOT school.
