Working at CCS feels like having a second family. Everyone is friendly from management and classroom staff to caterers, counsellors, administrators, and the site team. Everyone plays their part to ensure our young people receive the very best educational experience alongside personal development.

Over my 24 years I have seen the school develop and grow, continually adapting with each new generation, whilst keeping to its core values of kindness, generosity, and compassion. CCS goes above and beyond for students with high expectations for all. Whether gifted and talented or those with complex needs, all students are equally valued and prepared for a bright future.

CCS also creates opportunities for its staff to develop and has supported me to progress from Teaching Assistant to Assistant SENCo.

Each day comes with a variety of successes and challenges, but I feel privileged that I can share this with a team full of people who are as passionate as I am about supporting and caring for our students.
