If you need to make an insurance claim for your school provided device then please use the following online form to contact the distributor directly. The school IT Services team cannot do this on your behalf and should only be undertaken with the knowledge of a parent or carer.

Before sending your iPad off for repair please ensure that your have:

  1. Backed up your content and settings to iCloud or iTunes on a home computer
  2. Removed and deactivated "Find My iPad"
  3. Erased all content and settings from the device.

Once the broken iPad has been recieved and checked you will be sent a replacement iPad rather than having yours repaired. Please ensure it is sent in its protective case. It does not have to be in its original box, but it helps if it is possible.

The courier collection and delivery will need to be aranged from your home and NOT school.
